Product Information
We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the website. However, due to it being digital images, the photo effects and brightness in the photo may not reflect the exact color of the product. Please ensure to contact our specialized team in order to clarify any specific color shades prior to ordering.

Payment Options
Wkids currently offers two ways to pay for your order – Payment methods are either Bank Transfer or Cheque.
The prices indicated are in United Arab Emirates Dirham AED and include all taxes but do not include delivery. Delivery will be discussed during the quotation process.

Shipping, Delivery and Installation
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to the specified address.

Returns and Refunds
Wkids products are made to order. Once an order is placed, a cancellation can only be processed within 24 hours of order placement. Anytime later than that, order cancellations could not be accepted as the order would already be under the manufacturing process. A 5% order cancellation fee is deductible from the refund amount if the order is being cancelled by the purchaser.
